IT’s DONNA is a sideways small shawl written in both complete line by line text (12 pt. spaced) as well as line by line charts so you can choose which method you prefer. Donna also includes links to She-Knits video help.

Donna is multi-textured and can be worked in: two shaded colors, two solids, a shaded and a variegated or a solid and a varigated that contrast well. She can be wrapped numerous ways depending on her mood…and yours!

Above Gray and Firey Coral Donna’s worked in fingering weight with two semi-solid colors of Studio June’s Super Cash (gray) and Silky Meri (firey coral) .Gray and Turquoise by Sues153, Yellow and Coral by Francieos

~ Color A – 300 yds fingering weight yarn. This yarn will need to be divided (please see notes section below). Sample is in Studio Junes Super Cash in Silvery Gray
~Color B – 150 yds fingering weight yarn. Sample is in Studio Junes Silky Meri in Firey Coral
~ 1 pair U.S.#4 needles (or needle size to get gauge desired)
~ 2 stitch markers

Gauge – 7sts and 8 rows = 1” x 1” in stockinette stitch BLOCKED with fingering yarn on U.S. #4 needle. Exact gauge is not crucial however it is important to be relatively close in the stitches per inch.
