You know how some of those rabbit patterns are just SO big and SO time consuming? This little guy doesn’t have that problem.

Worked in the round with minimal seaming, you can make this bunny in about two hours. When knit to gauge, he is 3.25” through the body (close to 7” from ear tip to toe tip). You’ll need to know how to work with double pointed needles (Magic Loop probably works fine) and graft (kitchener). That’s about it for required special skills.

You can put a few beans in his bottom to make him sit a little better if you use a light weight stuffing like polyester. He’ll be available in my Etsy shop as an angora kit some time before Easter (translation: as soon as I get my act together).

I’ll warn you now, this rabbit may be addictive. An informal study shows that 75% of Itty Bitty Bunny Test Knitters have already made more than one.
