Just a quick little Nutcracker pattern that I had fun making up

cotton yarn: cream, gold, red, blue, black
a yard or so of bulky yarn for the beard and hair: Bernat Pipsqueak works well
tapestry needle
black embroidery thread
safety eyes 7mm
stuffing (polyester fiberfill)
gage is not important – he measures a little over 5” tall
sc – single chain
FLO – front loop only
BLO – back look only
