Jaelle is a delightfully easy to knit cowl.

A simple construction, being knitted in the round with a casual rolled neckline, balanced colors and a cable border that is accomplished without a cable needle. The color and needle size changes make this cowl grow nicely.

Measurements blocked: Length 15”, neckline circumference 23”, bottom circumference 60”.
One size fits most, can be made larger with extra increase rounds. See Parts 4 and 5 for guidance. More yarn will be needed.
