The Jake and Jane Baby Beanies pattern provides separate instructions for each beanie. This is a great project for getting started with stranded knitting in the round. The Jake beanie requires no float catching! The hat is topped with an i-cord hoopty loop, but you can add a pom pom instead or eliminate the topper.

The Jake beanie is shown in MillaMia Naturally Soft Merino sport; colors: Denim 184 and Cloud Grey 127. (25 and 68 yards)

The Jane beanie is shown in Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino sport; colors: Candy Pink and White. (68 and 15 yards)

Size can be changed by using a different needle size and/or yarn weight.

Links to helpful tutorials are included for cast on, stranded knitting and i-cord.
