FOR this lady’s jumper and hat, “Jane” design, 5oz of white and 2oz of navy Paton’s Beehive fingering three-ply wool are required.

You also will need—1 pair each of Nos. 10 and 12 knitting needles: a spare needle pointed both ends.
1 No. 15 crochet hook.
15 yards of white Petersham ribbon.
32 in. of millinery wire.
Tailor’s canvas.
A little cotton wool.

MEASUREMENTS.
JUMPER.—Width all round at under. arm, 32-34 in. Length from top of shoulder, 19 ins. Length of sleeve from under-arm, 5½in.
HAT.—To fit a 22 in. head.

TENSION.—On No. 10 needles and over st-st., 8 sts. and 10 rows to 1 inch.
