Crochet Cowl PATTERN for Jane’s Cowl - a feminine cowl for Women and Girls

SIZE: 9” tall and 25” in circumference.

Instructions include how to increase or decrease size of finished cowl.

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner/Intermediate - some crochet skill is necessary.

This pattern is written in American Crochet Terms.
