Simple ribbing on the leg leads to a fun triangle heel insert which is knit in the round and doesn’t require picking up stitches along a heel flap for arch shaping! The side rib detail continues to to the toe for a modern streamlined look. Decreases low on the foot provide for a super comfortable fit.

SIZING 8”(10”) : two circumferences and four adjustable foot lengths
Circumference: 7.5(9.5)” 19(24) cm; will stretch or conform as required for many foot circumferences.
Foot length options (for both circumferences; adjustable;): 9/9.5/10/11” 23/24/25.5/28 cm
Leg length (all sizes): 6.25” 16 cm

YARN Oceanwind Knits MCN Fingering, 80% superwash merino wool / 10% cashmere / 10% nylon, 115g (4oz) / 378yds (345 m) yds;
or, 275/290/305/325(360/370/380/400) yds 251/265/279/297(329/338/347/366) m of fingering weight sock yarn which will knit to gauge. Adjustments to leg or foot length will change actual amount of yarn required.

NEEDLES 2.25 mm (US1) circular needles (min. 60 cm/24”) for magic-loop-style knitting or DPNs to suit your preferred method of knitting in the round

OTHER 4 stitch-markers, tapestry needle for weaving ends

GAUGE 8 sts & 12 rows per 1-inch 2.54 cm square in stockinette, blocked. Check your gauge and change needle size if required.
