This washcloth is my adaptation of my Aunt Barbara’s washcloth that she has been knitting for decades. It’s a classic! I like to give these as stocking stuffers in a little spa package with a pretty soap and some bath salts.

SIZES: Can be made to whatever size you wish. Mine come out roughly 6” x 6” with an 8” diameter.

MATERIALS
Yarn: Any worsted-weight cotton you love.
Size 4 or 5 needles or size needed to obtain desired gauge
Size G crochet hook

TENSION/GAUGE: Approximate 5 to 5.5 sts per inch on size 4-5 needles. I like a little tighter gauge for washcloths so they hold their shape when wet.
