In the last few years, ever since I started using all the different streaming companies as my primary source of media consumption, I have found that I have a running list of my favorite TV shows to rewatch. Firefly, as one of my all-time favorite shows, is definitely on that list (though to be honest I have watched it many, many times over the years)! Since it is a favorite of mine and many others, we thought it would be fun to do a Binge MKAL inspired by the show.

The limited edition color for the month of September is inspired by the photo to the left, and the item will be a cowl. The clues will be released over a 3 day period in mid September, so join us and binge watch Firefly, whether it is your first time or tenth time (like me!)! It is sure to be super fun!

Materials
2 skeins of Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sport in the September 2015 Limited edition color way “Serenity” or 400 yards of sport weight yarn.
US 5 needle (circular or straight)
Yarn Needle

Gauge
22 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch, after gently blocking

Note: Gauge is not very important for this project. As long as it is close, and you are happy with the fabric, then just go with it!
