This shawl was created for my friend Jeff who sometimes needs a hug but lives far away (and can’t bring his blanket to work!).

It is knitted in sections. So you can make a different shawl every time by changing the order of the sections (but I recommend that you do not start or finish with a stockinette section or your shawl will curl).

You can also make it larger by adding sections of your choosing, but you will need more yarn. You can make it shorter by making fewer sections.

Finished shawl (blocked) is 140cm x 58 cm (56x23 inches).

Ce châle a été créé pour mon ami Jeff qui a parfois besoin d’un câlin, mais qui habite au loin (et ne peut pas apporter sa couverture au travail).

Il est tricoté par section, chacune avec une texture différente. Vous pouvez tricoter un châle différent à chaque fois en changeant l’ordre des sections (je recommande toutefois de ne pas commencer et terminer avec une section de jersey pour éviter que le châle ne roule).

Vous pouvez également faire un châle plus grand en ajoutant des sections au choix, vous aurez alors besoin de plus de laine. Vous pouvez également le faire plus petit en faisant moins de sections.

Le châle terminé (bloqué) mesure 140cm x 58 cm (56x23 pouces).
