Construction
This drop shoulder cardigan is knit using aran weight yarn richly infused with a combination of lace and cables to create an elegant design perfect for any dress up or dress down occasion. This cardigan is constructed from the bottom up in the round seamlessly until the arm separation. Both front and back panels are worked flat to the top of the shoulders and then finished with and a three needle bind off. The sleeves and button bands are picked up and knit separately. There are optional short rows in the pattern and the design is worked using chart only. Sample shown: Blue Sky Fibers cotton wool in the color way: lemongrass (green), and Cascade 220 Aran Splatter in color way: lilacs (purple).
This pattern has not made it through all stages of testing.
