When my sister Jenny complained of always feeling cold because of living in a drafty old house, I immediately set to work making her a pair of cosy house socks (as soon as I got back from the yarn store with the perfect yarn, of course).

The Jenny socks feature a simple all-over cable pattern, and a unique heel construction that’s fun to knit and also allows for a good fit. Thanks to the sportweight yarn, these socks are super cosy and knit up surprisingly quickly! The left and right socks are mirrored (for those who are more comfortable with symmetry).
