This is a simple pattern for a crochet Evening Bag as it uses only single crochet. The sides of the bag and the strap are all one piece to save multiple joins!

I used macrame cord for great resistance but a worsted weight, medium yarn would also be suitable.

I used a 4.0mm/G hook.

The finished bag measures approximately 23cm x 14cm.

Great for beginners but also a quick project for the more advanced crocheter.
