In Charles De Lint’s Newford novels, the character of Jilly Coppercorn appears in almost every book, a voice of belief in the supernatural. She is also an artist who paints the world full of the unexpected and magical. I’ve named this simple pouch design after Jilly because the design perfectly utilizes hand painted yarns or self-striping yarns, and also lends itself well to embellishment.
