This pattern is available from goldnuss.design for €3.60.

this is a one size pattern, only.
To adjust the sizing to your needs, I recommend to chose thicker or thinner yarn and needles.

For tiny newborn booties choose a fingering weight yarn and 2.5mm needles, for a scale up to 3-6 months use 3mm and sports or fingering weight yarn and 3.5mm needle and a Worsted or Aran weight yarn and 4mm needles for Baby feet that will walk soon…

the booties are knitted in one piece on a DPNS, from the sole up. You should know how to knit and how to purl - all other tricks and twists needed are explained in detail in the pattern with lots of pictures and texts…

The construction of these booties is as simple as possible and no special skills are requested, still, knitting with a DPNS was something that scared me off horrificaly when i began knitting, so i would call this a pattern for advanced beginners….

Yes, yes, i know: there are around 756 patterns out there for Baby booties very similiar to these. The ones I made for my baby boys aaaall promised to stay on those ever- strampeling tiny Baby feet - and never did! so, here is my attempt to come up with a pattern for some puristic and simple Booties, that will not be strampled off straight away… but lets be honest: you better knit 3 of them as one of them will always go missing, no matter how hard you try to avoid that… because what Baby feet actually want to do is ….dance, right?

I recommend icords for the laces - but think of knitting these in cream white with a silk ribbon to tie? perfectly princessish, hei?
