The following instructions are only referring to the embelishment of the Joker socks. You will find plenty of free directions on how to knit plain socks from the cuff down or from the toe up on Ravelry.
It is a great way to pimp your multicoloured socks, without using a structured pattern in the sock part, which would compete with the colorway.
Since it’s perfect for kids socks, you will find size adjustments for kids and adults. You will need to save 7 grs/0.25 oz. of your yarn for each sock.
The Joker Tips are mostly knitted, but you will have to apply a crochet edging. You will only have to use the following basic crochet stitches: chain, single crochet, double crochet, and half double crochet.
You will find a photo tutorial on where to apply the crochet edging at the end of the pattern.
