The Jordan design is a unique, form fitting beach or swimsuit cover up, perfect for wrapping around your waist to add interest and intrigue to your favorite bikini or one-piece. The design works up quickly with two strands of knitting worsted weight yarn held together, and requires basic knowledge of knitting and purling with minimal shaping. The openwork at the side of the skirt requires an understanding of basic crochet stitches, and is achieved using simple chain stitches and single crochet. A similar pattern is repeated along the hemline of the skirt, and dropped stitches in the knitted portion of the pattern (this is easy!) create additional interest and openwork. Beautiful white sequined yarn combined with a sparkly side button, side slit, and gorgeous openwork add up to the perfect addition to your summer wardrobe. The skirt is shown on the model in size XS, and the pattern is also written for sizes S, M and L (lower waist sizes 30.25-36.25).“
