This is a mixed technique project that will allow you to both showcase a neat interlaced cabled pattern, and frame it quickly with big swathes of tunisian crochet that compliments the central design.
For this project the assumption is that you already have some knowledge of Tunisian crochet, so hopefully you will find this fun to create and not too hard!
I find that mixing the two brings the best of both worlds. Not only the beautiful cables stand out amid the rustic Tunisian stitch, but it’s also much faster to work and allows you to alternate a bit your hands movements so that you won’t get sore knuckles from too much careful cable knitting!

The pattern is both written and charted ( for the cabled part) - and you will find a diagram and explanations for assembly for two sizes - S-M and L-XL.
