Josephine was written specifically for Artyarns July Inspiration Color, Rock Formations. it is an adapted version of the Kate Lorraine Shawl, but smaller and with a very few changes.. Using 1 skein of Merino Cloud, Rock Formations Club color and 1 skein of Artyarns Merino Cloud, color 351, complimentary color with 1 skein of The Beaded Silk and Sequins Light in the Club color makes this shawl just dance! The colors flow together especially with the light striping done in the lace section. The added ruffle adds class and a beautiful drape which can be worn in so many ways. Certainly you can use any fingering yarn you wish.. or any other Artyarns combination. There are so many to chose from.

And last but not least, a thank you to Jen Lucas of Jen Lucas Designs, whose inspiring patterns and advice have helped me immensely!
