Josephine is a top inspired by the art deco style from the beginning of the 20th century. The scalloped edge ends in twisted stitches that are picked up again in the hems of sleeves and body.
Available in sizes 34 to 54.
the yarn used in the pattern is a handdyed bourettesilk wool mix, but any yarn of 550-650 m/100 g would be suitable. Since the yarn is so thin, but knitted with 3 mm needles it makes for a very light garment.
Up to size 44 two 100 g skeins will suffice. sizes 46-54 need three skeins.
