Journey to the Cape is a cozy sweater inspired by New England. I designed and knit this sweater during our family’s move to Cape Cod. The sweater is worked in pieces and seamed with sleeves picked up and worked in the round once the body is complete. The front features an interesting cable motif and the remaining areas of the sweater are worked in the moss stitch. Designed to fit loosely with positive ease, Journey to the Cape is the perfect layering piece for a crisp fall walk through the woods or for an afternoon going apple picking and drinking warm cider! Knit up in Primrose Yarn Co.’s brand new worsted weight yarn, Journey, this sweater is a quick, enjoyable knit.
