This gorgeous asymmetrical Shawl is named after my late grandmother. The beautiful women who showed me the wonderful world of knitting.
With the squishy Garter Stitch, perfect for beginners and the lovely yarn over lace just right for adventurist beginners, this fingering weight knitted shawl would make a perfect gift to a loved one, or an even better selfish knit. The joyce shawl is a medium-large wrap, long enough to keep you warm on the cold winter days if you double wrap it, and in the spring/summer time the lace keeps it breathable and stylish, with just a single wrap around.

To Virginia Joyce Deane, forever loved, forever missed
