The Joyful Colour Fade Lace Scarf pattern is designed just for you to accent your wardrobe and your day with a beautiful, elegant style and a colourful touch. Designed with a sock/fingering weight yarn. I used 6 different gradient colour of yarn to make this scarf as shown in the purple. You can also make it in a solid colour or other colour combination to suit your wardrobe. The sophisticated style with a contemporary essence will be a perfect accent to your wardrobe. This will be a favourite scarf to wear for years to come. Great for wearing with your favourite shirt, t shirt, sweater, jacket or coat. The Colour Fade version of this pattern is made using different colours of yarn in a gradient effect.

I used 6 mini skeins from SweetGeorgia Yarns Colour Fade mini skein sets to make the purple version. You can also make it in any array of yarns you have on hand or make it in a solid colour.

YARN: You can use most sock/fingering weight yarns for this scarf. For the Colour Fade (gradient version shown in the purple) I used 6 mini skeins of 105 yds/96 m of sock of fingering weight yarn to make 1 gradient colour scarf. If you want to make this in a solid colour you will need approximately 450 yds/411 m.

I used a 2.5 to 3.5 mm hook. You may need to go up or down a hook size depending on your tension.

Yarn needle to sew in ends.

U.S. terminology. Crocheted flat, turning at each end of the scarf. Floral Brooch is worked in the round.
