Mossekule is knitted in two colors with slipped stitches. Use the yarn you want with its recommended needle size. The size of the ornament will be decided by the gauge you get. This is the perfect project for scrap yarn to make ornaments in different sizes for your tree or home.

This pattern is for confident knitters. No charts, all written.

Yarn and needle suggestion:
Sandnes Sunday non-superwash merino (235 m on 50 g) and Sandnes London – glitter yarn (150 m on 20 g) on needle 3 mm (US 2.5).

OR:

Sandnes Double Sunday – non-superwash merino (180 m on 50 g) and two strands of Sandnes London on needle 4mm (US 6)

NB! Glitter yarn can be slippery and splits easily. If this is your first time knitting long slips, I suggest you use a normal wool yarn for the contrast to get to know the pattern before you go for glitter.

You will also need a tapestry needle to weave in loose ends and fasten the handle.
