These mittens were knit for a man’s hand, however, if you adjust the yarn and needle sizes it could fit women’s M, L or XL too.

Men’s M/L size approx.:
11” long (28 cm)
4.25” wide (11 cm)/8.5” (22 cm) around
5.25” (13 cm) crook of thumb to top
2.75” (7 cm) long thumb.

As everybody’s knitting tensions differ, please always swatch first. You may need to substitute the yarn or needle size to achieve the required gauge:
15 sts / 16 rows = 2” (5 cm)
or to achieve your desired size.

I use size 0 - 2 mm needles (DP or circular)
