Jumping spider
This pattern is based on the appearance of Phidippus audax, or bold jumping spider, a common species found in North America.
Included for free with this pattern is a variation based on the appearance of Phidippus regius. It has a smaller head, a different abdomen shape and different patterns of colour changes. In order to make another species, you can try mixing and matching pieces from each pattern.
Finished dimensions: approx. 16cm long, 17cm wide.
I would rate this pattern as medium to advanced difficulty; there are no unusual techniques, but the colour changes and shaping are fiddly.
You may sell any items you make with this pattern, but please credit me as the designer & link to the pattern Ravelry page.
