The Juno Satchel is worked from the bottom up in a lace pattern. The cast-on edge runs along the middle of the bottom of the bag. The bottom is worked back and forth in the lace pattern, then stitches are picked up and knitted along the sides of the bottom for the sides of the bag. The sides of the bag are worked in the round in the lace pattern and finished at the top with a stockinette stitch section, which is folded and knitted together to form a casing for the leather cord. At the end, lining are installed.

The pattern contains sewing instructions for the lining.
