These socks are fun to make and quick to do using any worsted weight yarn.

The slip stitch pattern looks especially good in a variegated or color-changing yarn.

They are thick enough to be used as boot socks or around-the-house slipper socks.

Sizes available: Medium (20 – 23 cm/8 - 9 in) foot circumference; Large (25 – 28 cm/10 – 11 in) foot circumference.

Yarn Quantities: 210 (260) mts/230 (284) yds worsted weight yarn for the main color; 46 (50) mts/50 (55) yds worsted weight yarn for the contrast color.

Needles: Set of four 3 mm/US 2½ DPNs.

Other Tools and Supplies: Stitch marker, tapestry/yarn needle.

Tension/Gauge: 25 sts and 33 rnds measures 10 cm x 10 cm in Stocking Stitch on 3 mm needles.
