This little neck warmer is the perfect spring accessory to really show off that one skein of special yarn. Knit from DK weight yarn, it is warm enough to ward off the spring chill while strolling outside or block that annoying air conditioning draft when sitting at the office computer.

It is worked from the bottom up beginning with a horizontal rib created by purling 3 rnds, knitting 3 rnds, then purling 3 rnds before the pattern begins and after the pattern is finished.Simple twisted stockinette stitch accented with an 8 stitch rib cable make the body just challenging enough to keep you interested without becoming overwrought with complicated instructions or bored with the same stitch over and over. The pattern is charted but I would be willing to provide a written version if there is any interest. Just pm me!

Stitches used are K, P, K2tog, SSK, YO, Ktbl and C4 front so it is suitable for an adventurious beginner.
