The cowl is made in Estonian scale pattern; also called Fish tail pattern, spiral rib or fake entrelac.

When you make a Real Moebius the scarf is twisted a half rotation, this cowl gets a full rotation, therefore I call it a fake Moebius. Nearly the same effect but much easier to do.
