Ka Nalu is a Hawaiian word meaning “Wave”, and it was the beauty of the Pacific Ocean’s crashing waves which first inspired me to create this light Summer shawl. Knit in Swans Island versatile “All American Wool”, it truly is an ideal and quick project at add to your Summer knitting list. Just three skeins of yarn, totaling to only 400 yards, and you have yourself a new stunning accessory, perfect for your next day at the beach!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This shawl follows a basic heart-shaped construction, with 6 stitches increased every 2 rows. Please note that I tend to have a looser gauge than many knitters, so you may need to increase your needle size in order to obtain the correct finished measurements.
