  • SKILL LEVEL - Intermediate (Requires knowledge of sl st and sc sts, and working in the back loop only).

  • SIZE - One size fits most adults. Hat brim measures approximately 17” around (stretches to over 22”), and finished hat measures approximately 8.25” long.

  • YOU WILL NEED -

  • 135 yards of a lighter Bulky weight yarn (#5). Examples use Paton’s Shetland Chunky and KnitPicks Brava Bulky. Try to choose a yarn that has about 135-155 yards per 100 grams. If you have a larger head size, you may want to use a heavier bulky weight yarn for this hat.

  • Size 7mm Crochet Hook, or size to obtain correct gauge

  • Yarn needle, stitch marker and scissors

  • Faux Fur Pom Pom and Faux Leather Tag (optional)
