Description
Kallio is an Aran weight sweater with mock cables and lace details on a reversed stockinette fabric. The sweater is knit in the round from the bottom-up, then worked flat for the upper body and seamed together at the shoulders before the sleeves are attached.

Needles
Larger needles: 5 mm / US 8, or size necessary to obtain gauge.
Smaller needles: 4.5 mm / US 7, or 0.5 mm / 1 US sizes smaller than the larger needle. Cord length is knitters preference, but keep the following in mind:
Sleeves can be worked using the magic loop method for working small circumferences in the round or on DPNs.
