Kammeis shawl
by numaco
Kammeis means “frost pillars” in German. I named it after the natural phenomenon where thin pillars of ice rise from the ground on clear, cold winter mornings, likening the ribs extending from the center to these formations.
Materials : Puppy new 2ply (25g 215m/ 0.88 oz 235 yd) 7 skeins.
Tools : Needls JP Size 5 (3,6mm), two 80 cm (or longer )
circular needles, tapestry needle. 4 stitch markers
Gauge : 24 sts 32 row (2 * 2 rib)
Note
・All ribbed and reversible.
・Size adjustment is flexible.
・It can be finished into either an oval shape or a sharp hexagon.
・Using Judy’s Magic Cast-On, start knitting from the center and work outside.
・All increase stitch is LLI or LLPI.
