This pattern reminds me of the tracks skiers make in the fresh snow on the ski hills west of Calgary in Kananaskis Country, in the beautiful Canadian Rockies. The stitch decreases and increases in this pattern create the sinuous ski track curves. This cowl is a snug, neck-warmer style cowl.
