The Kandi is a warm hat with simple cables. The used cable patterns are suitable for men and women. It is worked in round from bottom – up in one piece. Only one size.
The pattern contains an explanation (instructions and charts).
Materials: Less then one skein (by weight 100g) of any Worsted weight yarn.
Needles: Circular needles sizes 4mm (6 US) and 5mm (8 US), use larger or smaller needles to obtain gauge.
Gauge: When you use needle 4mm 10 x 10 cm = 22 stitches and 26 rows in rib pattern after blocking.
Others: - One stitch marker, cable needle, tapestry needle (or crochet hook), optional pom-pom tool.
Size: M fits 21.5-23” (55-58 cm) around. You can adjust the size of the finished garment using smaller/larger needles and finer/thicker yarn.
Finish measurements: 17.7”/45 cm circumference & 9.4” (24 cm) from brim to peak.
