This poncho was created for baby-wearers to continue to enjoy baby-wearing into the chillier months. The poncho is reversible, making it perfect for front and back carries alike.

Knit with Aran weight yarn (but really any weight will do, just have to be able to match measurements).

For the poncho in the photos I used US 5 – 3.75mm needles. This poncho used approximately 1,000-1,200 yards (depending on the yarn you choose and how tightly you knit this may be more or less). (The yarn I used in photos is 74% acrylic, 20% wool, 7% viscose).

Pattern was knit in the round. This pattern requires circular needles and stitch markers.
