This simple openwork pullover uses only 2 crochet stitches. The shaping is easy and the sleeves are worked down from the armhole - very little finishing is needed.

Materials:

Short sleeved sample: 6 balls Rowan Panama (sample is worked in color 306)

Long sleeved sample: 2 skeins (900 yds each) Raw Silk by Tess Designer Yarns
(This yarn has the look and feel of cotton.)
One skein of Raw Silk will make the short sleeve version in sizes small and medium. As the sleeves are worked last, the length could be determined by the amount of yarn that you have left after working the body of the sweater and the neckband.

3.5 crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.
