Wear it as you like it! This lightweight sweater does not have a special front and back - you can turn it to your own desire.

Karla is worked from top down in one piece. It’s special cut results from the increase method that is nearly the same as for a raglan, but they take place before and after the pattern insertions.

There is a ribbing insertion at the front part and a lace insertion at the back part. But as already mentioned: Feel free to turn it around!

  • I used the BC Garn “Babyalpaca” (100 % Alpaca, yardage 273 yds 250 m / 50 g): 5 (5, 6, 6, 7, 8) skeins in graphite (undyed), color #103
  • US size 4 3,5 mm, 16” 40 cm length (for the I-Cord cast on only)
  • US size 2.5 3,0 mm circular needles (or any size to obtain gauge), 16”, 32” and 40” 40, 80 and 120 cm length US size 2.5 3,0 mm double pointed needles, set of 5
  • stitch markers
  • 2 stitch holders
