This is a super quick, easy knit. Its perfect for a last minute gift! This is a very simple beanie pattern - simple 2 x 2 ribbing for the brim and the rest is stockinette st. The beauty of this pattern is that there are endless possibilities for modification, and its easy enough for a beginner to master!

This hat will take an experienced knitter less than two hours to complete :)

The pattern gives instructions for a small/medium size, but it can easily be modified to fit larger heads (instructions for modification are in pattern).

The Malabrigo Rasta worked beautifully for this pattern, but feel free to use any high quality super bulky yarn. Be sure to check gauge, as super bulky yarns tend to vary and every knitter’s gauge is unique!
