The ‘Kathleen’ blanket is inspired by the Irish landscape. The pictured blanket is knitted in our Vale shade ‘Leaf’ and is one of the many shades of green that can be found across the length and breadth of the country. An abundance of texture has been included in this pattern to encapsulate the wonderfully textured landscape. The ridges and hollows in this pattern mirror the towering mountains, rugged ridges and rolling valleys of the countryside. There is also included a generous textured border giving the finished blanket a touch of Celtic magic!

There is great stitch definition in this pattern, a comforting weight to the finished blanket and a wonderful drape due to the quality, blend and weight of the wool.
