Kattegat is a very classic rectangular scarf, knitted in the rounds in stranded colorwork, and in the end, cut up using the steeks technique.

A special finesse is the marked and striped row of stitches besides the edges - both on the right and on the wrong side.

Materials
TYND eco wool from hyggestrik.dk or similar Light Fingering weight wool - 306 yd (280 m) / 50 g.

Color A: 150 g - main color
Color B: 100 g - contrasting color
Color C: 25 g for the edges
16” (40 cm) circular needle size US 3 & 6 (3 & 4 mm)
2 circular needles as long as possible size US 3 (3 mm)
2 stitch markers

Gauge
26 stitches & 28 rows in stranded colorwork = 4” (10 cm)
