Go big with texture and versatility with the Kelsey Cowl. This design is an easy bottom up cowl that you can make larger or smaller, the multiple is listed in the pattern. The drawstring section adds a nice bit of design complexity but can be omitted if you’d like just a simple straight forward cowl. No matter how you make it, this design will make a great addition to your winter wardrobe.

The sample for this cowl was made with Felici Worsted by WeCrochet in Cloudy With a Chance of Rainbows (affiliate link).
