Kerstin is a short sleeve pullover inspired by vintage garments. It’s a short, fitted sweater that goes very well with e g a dress (because of the length).

It’s very stretchy because of the chosen yarn and the openwork textured lace. As in vintage garments the sleeves aren’t too tight and the natural yarn Aronia MoWo gives a very stretchy fabric. The sizes are easily changed to your size. Instructions for long sleeves are in the pattern as well.
The pattern is mainly charted, but there’s also text to guide you through the different steps. Very detailed pattern and not too difficult but perhaps for knitters with some experience of garment knitting.

The sizes are easily adapted to a wider sweater. The pattern contains instructions how to but neckline shaping charts have to be compensated (easy with the provided charts and instruction). Discussion on length adjustment is also available.

For sizing, see table among the pictures to the left on this page.

Pattern for personal use only.

ERRATA on pattern: Revision 1 2019:
Size 1, chart 2, row 71: The green k2tog symbol should read k1tbl (there’s no decrease here).

In the k3tog pictorial the text should read insert the left needle into stitch No 1 on the back of the work. The text says something like insert the needle into the needle.
