Thread usage is stated for sizes S-M-L (shown in the photo). I have included instructions on how big should be round motifs to fit the following sizes:

Bust/hips circumference up to 100 cm (39.5 in) - seen in the photo.
Bust/hips up to 90 cm (35.5 in) - use smaller hook.
Bust/hips up to 110 cm (43.5 in) - use thicker yarn.
Bust/hips up to 120 cm (47.5 in) - use thicker yarn.
Bust/hips up to 130 cm (51.1 in) - use thicker yarn, bigger hook.
Bust/hips up to 140 cm (55.1 in) - use thicker yarn, bigger hook.

Add more motifs to increase the length.

Level: intermediate (level defining is very subjective).
