The Kindling Hat is inspired by the roar of a potbellied stove when you open the door, the contented crackle of an open fireplace, and the warm glow you get when you see the one you love.

Featuring easy fun cables this design is full of texture and warmth, and makes a perfect gift for just about anyone on your list. Kindling is a unisex hat, and its character transforms so much with yarn choice.

In the “man version”, the rugged styling is enhanced by the use of a tweedy, heathered yarn with subtle but festive flickers of colour. It’s the answer to your “what should I knit him?” worries this year. When
the Kindling hat is knit up in soft yarn and pale shades, the cables take on a pretty country-side charm.
