A stunning shawl with bands of gorgeous lace and a pretty textured stitch pattern. The lace pattern looks complicated, but is just a clever combination of simple stitches, and the texture pattern is just garter stitch with slipped stitches. This asymmetric triangle is worked from the point, with increases on one side every third row. There are three sizes to choose from, so you can get your perfect fit.

This was a gift for my sister, a keen birdwatcher, and given the stunning colour of the yarn, the name of this pattern was the natural choice
