Kinos-hat is worked in the round from the brim up. If you want a longer and slouchier hat, work more pattern repeats. There are two options for the crown decreases, depending on which row you finished working the body. Make sure to work the correct crown decreases.

The modelled hats are size 54-56 cm/ 24” on a 54 cm/ 22” head.

The purple red sample was knitted with Madelinetosh DK (100% Merino, 206 m/ 225 yds per 100 g), in colourway Oxblood.

Worsted

100 g of worsted weight yarn 90 m/98.5 yds per 50 g

The sample were knitted with Malabrigo Worsted, (100% Wool, 192 m/210 yds per 100g) in colourway 60 Dusty.

Bulky

100 -120 g of bulky weight yarn

The white sample was knitted with Rowan Cocoon, (80% Merino, 20% Mohair, 115 m/126 yds per 100g), colourway 801 Polar.
