YARN ALTERNATIVES
Yarnsmiths Kid Mohair Silk with Yarnsmiths Merino DK
would be good alternatives for this design. Alternatively, you
could use bits of DK-weight yarn from your stash.

TENSION
Work 15htr blo and 10 rows to measure 10 x 10cm/4 x 4in
using 5mm hook, or size required to obtain tension.

PATTERN NOTES
The jacket is made in five panels (left and right front, back and two sleeves). All are worked from the side using htr blo with yarn A and yarns B–I held together. The colour change is achieved using intarsia and when the yarn B–I sections finish, yarn A is worked together with the next colour.
Complete the last stitch of each block with the next colour and fasten off the yarn when the block is complete.
The front and back are joined at the shoulders, the sleeves
are joined and then the sides are joined.
A neck and front panel is worked separately and joined.
